What you will do

• Lead on-site deployment of core hardware units, ground infrastructure, and control software from survey to acceptance.
• Act as the senior technical authority and primary escalation point for hardware and software issues in the field.
• Manage and coordinate a team of Field Deployment Engineers, ensuring execution quality and team development.
• Oversee system configuration, testing, validation, and the final customer sign-off process.
• Deliver expert-level training to customer teams to drive full operational autonomy and readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering, programme, and product teams to relay field findings for system improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field deployment, systems integration, or technical commissioning of complex electronics systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams in field or operational environments.
• Hands-on experience with hardware/software integration in operational settings.
• Strong systems-level understanding to troubleshoot across hardware, software, and connectivity layers.
• Proven ability to bring technical end-users to operational autonomy on complex systems.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex integrated sensing or control systems.
• Proficiency in French and Arabic.
