What you will do

• Own the full 3D pipeline from initial concept and CAD ingest to final lighting, texturing, and rendering.
• Translate raw engineering data into high-fidelity, mechanically accurate assets.
• Visualize complex internal systems through detailed technical breakdowns.
• Create procedural simulations of environmental interactions, including fabric, water, and snow.
• Execute cinematic layouts using physically accurate virtual lenses and purposeful pacing.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to reflect authentic manufacturing processes in every detail.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-end 3D motion content for outdoor, defence, or technical lifestyle sectors.
• Deep understanding of physical manufacturing processes (e.g., milling, garment patterning).
• Mastery of state-of-the-art 3D systems and render engines (Houdini or real-time engines).
• Expert-level look development skills for materials like carbon fiber, ripstop nylon, and anodized aluminum.
• Advanced knowledge of virtual cinematography, including lighting and lens choices.
• Proficiency in optimizing raw CAD files for high-end creative workflows.

Nice to have

• Background in Industrial Design (ID).
