What you will do

• Develop and update the fundraising strategy in alignment with country needs and programme development.
• Lead teams in creating evidence-based concept notes, project proposals, and budgets for scale-up and post-emergency programming.
• Liaise with donors regarding new funding, operational areas, and all grant management and reporting requirements.
• Manage MEL data collection systems to ensure information is analyzed and used to improve future programmes.
• Ensure programme quality follows international standards and NRC's safe and inclusive programming (SIP) policies.
• Identify and collaborate with local stakeholders to align with humanitarian leadership objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in a humanitarian or recovery context.
• Experience working in complex, volatile, or neglected crisis environments.
• Knowledge of cash-based interventions and market-based programmes.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
