What you will do

• Define product specifications based on market analysis, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
• Develop and maintain project timelines across the entire product lifecycle.
• Oversee technical architecture and development during R&D and industrialization phases.
• Lead and inspire project teams to maintain high performance and quality.
• Coordinate between technical teams, customers, sales, and marketing to ensure project success.
• Manage the allocation of engineering resources to meet project goals.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical roles.
• Proven track record managing high-complexity aerospace, defense, or robotics projects through to industrialization.
• Strong technical background to resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and leadership skills.
• Location: Must be based in Morocco (On-site)

Nice to have

• Ecosystem knowledge in defense systems, UAV/UxV/robotics, aerospace, radars/RF/radio, optronics, PNT, or AI.
