What you will do
- Validate flight test results on-site to ensure data integrity and mission success.
- Monitor system health via real-time diagnostics of sensors and aircraft components.
- Perform log analysis to filter signal noise and identify root causes of anomalies.
- Annotate flight segments to verify specific test cases like EW jamming resistance.
- Develop strategic test protocols and functional verification plans.
- Maintain a direct feedback loop with engineering teams to report and classify defects.
Requirements
- Must be based in Kyiv and able to work in field conditions.
- Experience with fixed-wing UAVs.
- Proven experience in flight log analysis.
- Understanding of sensor physics, aerodynamics, and control theory.
- Systemic approach to solving complex technical problems.
Nice to have
- Experience with ArduPilot or proprietary flight stacks.
- Proficiency with flight visualization tools like FlightPlot or PlotJuggler.
- Background in experimental physics or mechanical engineering.
