TL;DR

Technical Support Specialist (iGaming): Providing Tier 3/4 technical support for online gaming platforms with an accent on troubleshooting complex technical issues and collaborating with R&D. Focus on resolving intricate system bugs, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring SLA compliance in a high-pressure 24/7 environment.

Location: Skopje, North Macedonia. Must be authorized to work in North Macedonia without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Provide Tier 3/4 technical support via chat, email, and phone to meet customer SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with R&D and other departments.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and track reported incidents, including managing critical blocking issues.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations to handle critical production issues.
  • Create and maintain internal and external knowledgebase documentation.
  • Analyze issue patterns to suggest product and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in North Macedonia without visa sponsorship.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Availability for 24/7 on-call support during critical issues.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues in complex environments with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or service operations.
  • Knowledge of SQL and web debugging tools.
  • Understanding of web technologies and client/server applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Additional language skills, such as Spanish.
