What you will do

• Build and maintain product features that process millions of user records for User Domain and HRIS integrations.
• Collaborate on design and architecture discussions to shape the next generation of the platform.
• Transform existing monolithic internal systems into scalable, robust microservices.
• Integrate with various third-party HRIS platforms ensuring high data integrity and reliability.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to clean, testable code standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and create detailed technical design documentation.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in any language, with a bonus for Python, Go, or PHP.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).
• Solid understanding of Microservice Architecture and system design principles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Must be based in Canada.
