Location: Hybrid in Lima, Peru (1 week onsite, remaining time remote)

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and upgrade internal computer hardware and software systems.
• Propose and implement system enhancements to improve overall reliability and performance.
• Administer SAN and NAS storage platforms, including volume and file system management.
• Manage user access, passwords, permissions, and shared resources (file shares).
• Perform quota management, capacity planning, and storage monitoring.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and configure replication and high availability.

Requirements

• Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• 2 to 3 years of experience administering SAN and NAS storage platforms.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise storage arrays from vendors such as Dell, IBM, or Huawei.
• Proficiency in SAN switches (Cisco/Brocade) and storage protocols like NFS and SMB/CIFS.
• Experience managing Windows, Linux, and VMware virtualized environments.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 operational model, including one week of overnight/on-call shifts per month.
