What you will do

• Solve complex technical problems and identify potential future issues across various platforms and services.
• Manage systems data for global clients and ensure day-to-day security compliance.
• Prioritize and oversee a queue of assignments, working directly with technicians to deliver optimal solutions.
• Recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities for clients.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with diverse technical teams.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management.
• Hands-on experience with VMware ESX.
• Proficiency in public and private cloud management, specifically migrating on-premises solutions to the cloud.
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive for personal and professional development.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation, specifically Infrastructure as Code (IaaS).
• Knowledge of vulnerability management.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and federation services.
