What you will do

• Define and develop system requirements, architecture, and test concepts for controls and functions.
• Develop control algorithms, schematics, and initial calibration datasets.
• Perform system integration, testing, and validation, including rapid prototyping and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
• Develop embedded software, including requirement engineering and software architecture.
• Integrate software into electronic hardware control units and provide commissioning support.
• Travel globally for environmental testing in diverse locations.

Requirements

• BSc or equivalent engineering degree in electric/electronic, controls, mechatronics, automotive, or mechanical engineering.
• Professional experience in model or code-based software development (Matlab Simulink, C++, C#, Python).
• Knowledge of development processes and standards such as ASPICE and ISO26262.
• Domain-specific knowledge in Powertrain or Vehicle systems.
• Fluent English (speaking and writing).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German, French, or Italian.
