Lithuanian Language Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Location: Remote from Lithuania

Pay: $6–$65 per hour, with the final rate based on experience, expertise, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Challenge advanced language models with Lithuanian language scenarios.
• Evaluate grammar, syntax, morphology, phonetics, semantics, pragmatics, factual accuracy, and logical soundness.
• Document reproducible model failure modes and error traces.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Analyze topics including verb conjugation, noun declension, sentence structure, word order, diminutive forms, and regional dialects.

Requirements

• Expert-level Lithuanian language knowledge is required.
• Strong understanding of Lithuanian grammar, syntax, morphology, phonetics, semantics, and pragmatics.
• Clear metacognitive communication and ability to show the reasoning behind linguistic judgments.
• A master's or PhD in Lithuanian language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal.
• Work is offered as a contract role for candidates working remotely from Lithuania.
• A secure computer and high-speed internet are required.
