What you will do

• Manage and maintain client systems data while ensuring security compliance.
• Solve complex technical problems across various platforms and services.
• Prioritize and resolve support tickets to deliver high-quality client solutions.
• Recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure system reliability.
• Oversee queue assignments and provide day-to-day technical solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management.
• Hands-on experience with VMware ESX.
• Proficiency in public and private cloud management, specifically migrations from on-premise to cloud.
• Strong customer-focused mindset and ability to work in inclusive, diverse teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Lima, Peru.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaaS).
• Knowledge of vulnerability management practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and federation services.
