What you will do

• Architect and develop data pipelines to cleanse, normalize, and transform raw data into refined datasets.
• Engineer the organization's data infrastructure to ensure the availability of high-quality data sets.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate project objectives and requirements into technical data specifications.
• Conduct data mining and analysis to uncover quality issues and derive initial insights.
• Manage the full data lifecycle to ensure information remains fresh and impactful for decision-makers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of expertise in data mining, data storage, and Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes.
• Experience with data pipeline tools such as AWS Glue, Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Google Dataproc.
• Proficiency with both relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, DB2, and MongoDB.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical colleagues.
• Must be based in Lima, Peru.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud modernization and data modeling for business processes.
• Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer, or Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer.
• Familiarity with GitHub and Visual Studio.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
