The hirify.global (NRC) is a humanitarian organization dedicated to protecting and assisting displaced people.

What you will do

  • Lead ICLA implementation through planning, execution, and monitoring across the field office in NBEG State.
  • Supervise and manage the ICLA team, including recruitment, induction, and performance appraisals.
  • Represent NRC in ICLA-related forums and advocate for legal issues with government institutions, UN agencies, and CSOs.
  • Provide technical support to implementing teams and ensure adherence to NRC policies and donor requirements.
  • Monitor legislation and legal developments in South Sudan to ensure staff knowledge remains current.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to prepare monthly, donor, and thematic reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Social Sciences, or Humanities from a recognized university.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IDP/refugee-related programmes and community-based work.
  • Strong experience in legal casework, protection, and project management, preferably with an INGO or UN agency.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the South Sudan context and ability to collaborate with local authorities.
  • Must be based in or available to work in Aweil, South Sudan.
