What you will do
- Build and maintain recurring recruiting reports, dashboards, and data audits.
- Analyze pipeline, funnel, and process data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive operational work and improve reporting workflows.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance recruiting workflows through better tooling and process design.
- Coordinate program management for recruiting operations initiatives and document repeatable SOPs.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting operations, people operations, business operations, or analytics.
- Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills.
- Comfort experimenting with AI tools to improve efficiency and operational quality.
- Strong project coordination skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Must be based in San Francisco
