What you will do

• Build and maintain recurring recruiting reports, dashboards, and data audits.
• Analyze pipeline, funnel, and process data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive operational work and improve reporting workflows.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance recruiting workflows through better tooling and process design.
• Coordinate program management for recruiting operations initiatives and document repeatable SOPs.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting operations, people operations, business operations, or analytics.
• Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills.
• Comfort experimenting with AI tools to improve efficiency and operational quality.
• Strong project coordination skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Must be based in San Francisco
