What you will do

• Manage installation of chilled-water systems, MCUPs, CDUs, TES tanks, pumps, and piping.
• Oversee ductwork, air-handling, and hydronic systems to ensure design compliance and constructability.
• Coordinate closely with electrical, controls, and commissioning teams to ensure system readiness.
• Review submittals, track equipment deliveries, and support material inspections.
• Conduct field walks for QA/QC, punch-list management, and mechanical completion verification.
• Maintain accurate as-built information and report progress against schedule milestones.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing mechanical systems on data center or industrial projects.
• Deep knowledge of chilled-water and heat-rejection systems, fluid dynamics, and controls integration.
• Field-oriented and proactive approach to resolving constructability issues.
• Clear communication skills across various trades in a hands-on environment.
• Must be based in or work onsite in Burlington, TX.
