What you will do

• Manage purchasing activities, including raising and approving purchase orders and maintaining accurate system data.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Monitor open purchase orders, resolve invoice discrepancies, and manage delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure contract rates, terms, and master data are correctly applied.
• Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies, systems, and contractual obligations.
• Support inventory and stores operations, including receipting goods and coordinating stock movements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
• Strong understanding of procurement systems such as SAP, ECC, ARIBA or similar.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and compliance standards.
• Excellent prioritisation and time management skills to handle competing demands.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• General computer proficiency and confidence working across multiple systems.
