What you will do
- Lead QA across website, mobile app, and connected omnichannel journeys.
- Manage and coach the QA team, defining clear priorities and consistent quality standards.
- Define and maintain the digital QA strategy covering manual, automation, regression, accessibility, and performance testing.
- Own QA governance including test planning, test coverage, defect management, and release readiness reporting.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to ensure customer-facing changes are robust and measurable.
- Drive improvements in automation, tooling, and test environments to increase delivery pace and scalability.
Requirements
- Senior experience leading QA for customer-facing digital products across both web and mobile environments.
- Proven track record of managing and coaching QA engineers across multiple delivery squads.
- Strong understanding of manual testing, automation, regression, accessibility, and performance testing.
- Experience working within Agile product and engineering environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to work confidently across cross-functional teams.
- Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries such as energy, utilities, financial services, or telecoms.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, BrowserStack, TestRail, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Postman.
- Experience scaling test automation and regression testing practices.
- Knowledge of using AI or automation to improve QA efficiency and defect prevention.
