Intern - HR Rewards - Compensation & Benefits (HR)

HR Rewards Intern (HR): Supporting the execution of local benefits programs and Global Rewards projects with an accent on administrative coordination and employee communication. Focus on creating promotional materials, managing on-site wellbeing activities, and improving the internal SharePoint site.

What you will do
- Coordinate logistics for benefits program communication sessions and trainings.
- Design engaging promotional materials such as emails, posters, and health newsletters.
- Support day-to-day administration of benefits and the annual renewal process.
- Partner with site HR teams to execute on-site wellbeing activities.
- Maintain and optimize the Country Rewards SharePoint site for better accuracy and navigation.
- Provide support for the implementation of Global Rewards projects.
Requirements
- Currently a 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate, or a 1st or 2nd year master's student.
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, English Literature, or Business Administration.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical capabilities.
