What you will do

• Define and drive design strategy across multiple product areas, connecting platform vision to business objectives.
• Establish organizational standards for interaction design, systems thinking, and design system governance.
• Lead complex, high-impact design initiatives from discovery through execution and measure outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and executive leadership to influence roadmaps and architectural decisions.
• Champion a culture of design excellence through mentorship, critique, and modeling best practices.
• Define the incorporation of AI tools and agent-based workflows into design processes and product experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to establish design vision and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct management authority.
• Expertise in designing complex, data-rich enterprise experiences and role-based platform ecosystems.
• Deep knowledge of design systems, component architecture, and scalable operational frameworks.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled design practices and the ability to guide quality standards for AI workflows.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the US (Herndon).

Nice to have

• Experience leading organization-wide design transformations in AI-enabled environments.
• Hands-on experience with agent-assisted development or rapid prototyping (e.g., vibe coding).
• Understanding of AI infrastructure, agent orchestration, and context management.
• Domain experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or retail operations.
