What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project and program management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery for key accounts.
• Serve as the primary global point of contact for clients, coordinating between technical development, R&D, operations, and customer service.
• Lead cross-functional teams to oversee product delivery, site deployments, and technical development engagements.
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project and program success.
• Oversee post-sales service and support activities, acting as an escalation point for the Service business and CSMs.
• Monitor financial performance, manage scope, budgets, and deadlines to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in program and project management, preferably in customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience in directly managing and developing a team.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or a related technical field.
• Industry experience in Data Centers with knowledge of Power and Thermal products.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.
