What you will do

  • Plan and manage the scheduling of resources and cranes for site operations to ensure optimal allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular daily/weekly updates while proactively identifying risks.
  • Coordinate critical resource availability, specifically cranes, to meet strict project timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee the timely delivery of equipment, materials, and components.
  • Maintain close communication with Project Managers, Site Managers, and on-site teams to reach milestones.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in resource and crane planning within renewable energy or large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong experience managing complex projects with multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera, MS Project, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a structured approach in dynamic environments.
  • English proficiency: minimum B2 level required.

Nice to have

  • Spanish language skills for collaboration with international teams.
