What you will do

  • Perform daily performance monitoring and analyses to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Plan, execute, and report on AB tests to optimize ad monetization.
  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and business metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Analytical teams to align outcomes with strategic business goals.
  • Contribute to the refinement of revenue growth strategies and operational workflows.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects acting as a bridge between technical and business departments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data-driven operations, business support, or performance monitoring.
  • Proficiency with Excel and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to interpret large datasets and translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Backend, Adtech, QA).
  • English: Fluent (C1+) written and spoken proficiency required.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from the office in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL.
  • Knowledge of the advertising industry.
