Key Requirements:
✅ 18–25 years of finance leadership experience
✅ Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing finance (Mandatory)
✅ Experience as CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance, or Head of Finance

Expertise in:
Product Costing & Manufacturing Finance
FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting
Inventory & Working Capital Management
Treasury & Cash Flow Management
Government Tenders & Commercial Finance
IFRS, Audit & Corporate Governance
SAP / Oracle / ERP Systems
