Project Manager (High Voltage)

TL;DR

Project Manager (High Voltage): Managing cable system projects for transmission system operators in the North of Europe with an accent on planning and implementation of turnkey cable projects. Focus on risk analysis, contract management, and coordinating complex delivery schedules between factories and clients.

Location: Drammen, Norway. Regular business trips to the Netherlands and other North European locations are required.

What you will do

• Plan and implement turnkey cable projects for transmission system operators in Northern Europe.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from the bidding process to final delivery.
• Report project progress to internal and external stakeholders and conduct detailed risk analysis.
• Coordinate project goals with the team and support project engineering and bidding.
• Manage customer orders via SAP and synchronize delivery schedules with supplying factories.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts to resolve schedule changes or technical issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing multiple complex projects from inception to completion.
• Certification or formal coursework in project management (e.g., PRINCE2 or IPMA).
• Strong expertise in contract management and risk assessment/mitigation.
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English (written and verbal).
• Relevant degree in business administration or technical fields.
• Ability to work from Drammen, Norway.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Safety Culture Ladder.
• Knowledge of construction processes and previous experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Dutch.
