What you will do

  • Provide recruitment support to hiring managers, including managing application tracking and shortlisting.
  • Maintain accurate and complete staff files and documentation.
  • Process medical expense claims and ensure timely payments to service providers.
  • Manage the leave tracking system and ensure records are up-to-date.
  • Coordinate performance reviews, objectives, and mandatory compliance training.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure statutory and pension payments are processed on time.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, office, or administration, preferably in an NGO.
  • Working knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email systems.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work under pressure.
