What you will do

• Coordinate Product Assurance (PA) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities across complex space projects.
• Define and maintain project quality plans, requirements, and safety standards.
• Serve as the primary quality focal point for customers and suppliers.
• Assess material selection and qualify innovative manufacturing techniques for space applications.
• Lead or support project milestone reviews and internal/external audits.
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the ISO9001 Quality Management System.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• Proven professional experience in PA/QA roles.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work from Brno, Czech Republic.
