What you will do

• Build and maintain test automation infrastructure for iOS and Android, including CI/CD pipelines and reporting.
• Define and evolve standards for autotest structure, patterns, and code style.
• Develop unified testing frameworks and reusable components such as page objects and fixtures.
• Support product teams with complex UI cases and flaky test resolution.
• Integrate quality tools like Allure TestOps and observability metrics across teams.
• Mentor developers and QA engineers on automation best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Mobile SDET or Mobile QA Automation Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with XCUITest, XCTest (iOS) and Espresso, JUnit (Android).
• Proficiency in Swift and Kotlin for writing maintainable test code.
• Experience with Ruby and Fastlane for mobile CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to design and maintain test frameworks and reusable components.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid format in Tbilisi or Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance or trading domains.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global product.
• Experience with mobile device farms (self-hosted or commercial).
• Background in performance, accessibility, or observability tooling.
• Prior experience as a tech lead or mentor.
