What you will do

• Own the end-to-end production of 1–2 vertical (9:16) short drama series, consisting of 10–15 episodes and a trailer.
• Utilize an in-house AI copilot to manage casting, character consistency, and trailer generation.
• Write original scripts focusing on high-impact hooks, cliffhangers, and minute-to-minute escalation.
• Direct, edit, and finalize each episode independently.
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, technical teams, and the executive team to scale production.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.
• Proven track record in scripting narrative content with strong engagement triggers.
• Practical experience with AI generation tools such as Runway, Sora, Kling, Veo, Pika, Higgsfield, or Seedance.
• Experience working with vertical drama platforms.
• English: Perfectly fluent (C1+) required.
