What you will do

• Lead the national-level implementation research study for the PlayMatters initiative.
• Obtain and manage national IRB approvals and maintain ethical research relationships.
• Oversee data collection, quality assurance, and longitudinal analysis for baseline, midline, and endline reports.
• Develop and submit manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
• Disseminate research findings at local and national levels to influence policy.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree (PhD/EdD) in education, child psychology, statistics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience conducting research on education, foundational learning, or education in emergencies.
• Strong statistical skills, specifically multi-level modeling and causal inference methods (experimental and quasi-experimental).
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Must possess a renewed business license.

Nice to have

• Experience with mixed-methods and qualitative research methods.
• Proficiency in Stata (preferred) and Dedoose.
• Knowledge of psychometrics.
• Proven track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
