What you will do
- Drive the continuous development of international insurance programs for technically complex large-scale and consortium projects.
- Design and place tailored insurance solutions on international markets, negotiating premiums, terms, and deductibles.
- Advise project teams, sales, and legal departments on insurance, liability, and contractual risks.
- Manage complex insurance claims as the primary contact for insurers, brokers, and loss adjusters.
- Enhance insurance processes, standards, and governance while maintaining an international network of insurance partners.
Requirements
- Degree in Insurance Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Law with a focus on insurance law.
- Several years of professional experience in industrial or project insurance, ideally within the engineering or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of technical project risks and international insurance programs.
- English: Very good (C1) required.
- Willingness to travel worldwide.
