IT & Hardware Intern (IT Support): Delivering hardware and IT support services to employees with an accent on asset management and workstation maintenance. Focus on resolving technical issues, optimizing hardware processes, and ensuring efficient studio daily operations.

Location: Hybrid (Hanoi, Vietnam)

What you will do

  • Manage and track hardware assets and devices borrowed by production teams.
  • Test mobile devices, update technical specifications, and maintain the Technical Knowledge Data Base.
  • Optimize hardware processes, including Hardware Lockbox and DMT reporting.
  • Provide technical support for PCs, LAN cabling, Wireless, printers, and other IT peripherals.
  • Manage helpdesk tickets and provide timely support to end-users.
  • Support company events and various administrative IT tasks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Hanoi, Vietnam to support the hybrid work model.
  • Ability to be onsite for emergency support requests.
  • Available for a 6-month internship.
  • Basic knowledge of PC hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.
