What you will do

• Design and implement the back-office system architecture, including servers, network integration, and security policies.
• Develop functional modules for user interfaces, map creation/management, and digital twin scenarios.
• Optimize scheduling and path planning algorithms for autonomous vehicle task allocation.
• Integrate machine learning and AI frameworks to enhance system prediction and decision-making capabilities.
• Build data collection and analysis systems to continuously improve operational efficiency and performance.
• Lead the backend development team, managing resource allocation, project planning, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in back-office development for autonomous mining systems.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• 2+ years of experience specifically with coal mine autonomous management platforms and deployment.
• Proficiency in microservices, distributed systems, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platform deployment.
• Good communication and documentation skills in both English and Chinese.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial automation or specific mine autonomous system scenarios.
• Familiarity with GIS map management and remote control system integration.
• Experience optimizing large-scale data processing and real-time scheduling systems.
