What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support for OT network operations.
• Act as an escalation point for Tier 2 and Tier 3 network-related incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking and security issues.
• Recommend network designs, technologies, and configurations to improve security, performance, and automation.
• Support project delivery and implementation activities.
• Participate in problem management and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in network design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Strong expertise in TCP/IP, Cisco routing/switching, and VLAN technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, NGFW, IPS, VPN, and IPSEC.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work across multiple time zones.
• Solid documentation and technical writing ability.
