What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to design Cisco solutions aligned with customer business and technical needs.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, including the creation of Bills of Materials (BOM) and technical proposals.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and partner enablement sessions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cisco networking, security, collaboration, and data center portfolios.
• Assist partners with architecture design, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution validation.
• Support RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical articulation and solution alignment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Quito, Ecuador
• 2–3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Strong expertise in Cisco routing, switching, security, wireless, collaboration, or data center solutions.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or higher.
• Experience working with channel partners, VARs, or managed service providers.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and solution design tools.
