What you will do

  • Oversee the order-to-cash process for finished goods and visibility items, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with 3PL providers, monitoring SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
  • Optimize logistics flows, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving programs.
  • Ensure compliance with global quality standards, food safety regulations, and product traceability.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the logistics and customer service team to foster a service-oriented culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardize processes using SAP and other analytical tools.

Requirements

  • Master degree in industrial management engineering, business administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service within a multinational environment.
  • Deep understanding of the logistics market and experience managing multiple service providers.
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills with a holistic view of supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP 4HANA, SAC, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite in Panama City.
