What you will do

  • Collaborate with partners to develop business plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support, including product presentations, demonstrations, and architecture design.
  • Lead technical training sessions to ensure partner proficiency in products and integration processes.
  • Manage technical aspects of the sales cycle, including RFIs, RFPs, and POCs.
  • Act as a liaison between channel partners and internal technical support teams for implementation issues.
  • Maintain accurate technical information for customers and prospects in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Nairobi, Kenya
  • 7+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or a similar technical role.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models and experience working with resellers and distributors.
  • Expert knowledge in networking (wired/wireless, SD-WAN, WAN) and network security (Firewall, SASE, ZTNA, Cloud).
  • Solid understanding of protocols including RADIUS, PKI, IKE, IPSEC, and SSL.
  • Hands-on experience with product installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
