What you will do

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video assets for social media, web, and CRM campaigns.
• Translate complex healthcare topics into clear, compelling visual narratives.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Product teams to develop creative concepts.
• Edit and optimize video content ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Analyze campaign performance data to refine and improve creative assets.
• Work cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and copywriters to deliver high-impact projects.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Motion Designer or Video Editor in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with a strong portfolio of motion graphics and animation.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and performance-oriented creative assets.
• Fluent English skills required.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
