What you will do

  • Define and execute the long-term technical art roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Technical Team.
  • Design and deliver structured training programs to improve technical literacy across Art and Production departments.
  • Identify technical bottlenecks and deploy scalable, show-specific solutions.
  • Oversee the transition of project-specific tools into the permanent studio pipeline.
  • Lead and mentor the Technical Art team, managing task prioritization and professional development.
  • Evaluate emerging in-engine technologies and 3D software to ensure long-term technical stability.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Unreal Engine and 3D software such as Maya or Houdini.
  • Proven experience in pipeline engineering, tool creation, and technical art workflows.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing technical lifecycles and strategic roadmaps.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both developers and senior management.
  • Experience in creating educational resources or workshops for technical upskilling.
  • English proficiency required for cross-departmental communication.
