TL;DR

Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst (AI): Designing and delivering AI-powered solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with an accent on financial, supply chain, and project management domains. Focus on architecting integrations between D365 F&O and Azure AI services, implementing autonomous agents, and ensuring system reliability for humanitarian operations.

Location: Onsite in Nairobi, Kenya.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions for D365 F&O.
  • Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions, including Copilot and agentic automation.
  • Architect integrations between D365 F&O and Azure AI services for intelligent document processing and analytics.
  • Develop and maintain customizations and extensions in X++ within the D365 environment.
  • Provide Level 3 support for enterprise systems and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors and implementation partners to support system enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong proficiency in X++ programming language and SQL Server/T-SQL.
  • Proven experience in gathering and detailing cross-functional business and technical requirements.
  • Experience implementing AI capabilities such as Copilot, RAG patterns, and Azure AI services.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Nairobi, Kenya.

Nice to have

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations certification.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
  • Experience working in the NGO or nonprofit sector, particularly in distributed environments.
