Open Text Focus System Analyst (OpenText)

TL;DR

System Analyst (OpenText): Implementing and integrating software packages and providing 24x7 support for enterprise applications with an accent on OpenText solutions for SAP. Focus on leading complex software development projects, designing technical specifications, and mentoring junior technical staff.

Location: Onsite in Tampa, FL. Must be worked on W2 only (No C2C).

What you will do

• Lead complex software development projects and oversee deliverables produced by junior staff.
• Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and business partners to develop software specifications.
• Drive the selection and implementation of software packages requiring advanced configuration and integration.
• Provide 24x7 primary or secondary support for niche, core, or mission-critical applications.
• Execute design, development, and implementation activities throughout the full SDLC.
• Coordinate application maintenance activities and manage release schedules.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
• Expertise in OpenText stack: Archiving, Doc Access for SAP, Archive Center, Content Server, Capture Center, Enterprise Scan, Web Viewer, and VIM for SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Must be eligible for W2 employment; no C2C eligibility for this position.
• Strong verbal, written, and analytical communication skills for technical and departmental audiences.

Nice to have

• C# programming utilizing OpenText APIs.
• Experience with OpenText Exstream development.
• Two or more professional certifications in job-related disciplines.
