What you will do

• Lead the grants unit, including proposal development, reporting, and portfolio management.
• Identify new funding opportunities and facilitate Go/No Go processes.
• Ensure compliance with donor regulations and internal IRC policies across all grants.
• Coordinate the production of high-quality reports for donors and internal stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor the grants team, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Act as the primary focal point for communications with regional and HQ offices regarding grants administration.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in grants management in a multi-donor, multi-sector environment.
• Exceptional English writing and editing skills required for donor submissions.
• Extensive experience leading successful multi-sector funding proposals.
• In-depth knowledge of institutional donor compliance.
• Proven ability to balance priorities of diverse stakeholders in an inter-departmental coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
