What you will do

• Perform and evaluate objective and subjective performance tests for passenger and light truck tires
• Prepare vehicles and test environments according to work instructions and manage tire mounting
• Execute tests on schedule and provide timely support with tire changes
• Document all findings and issue test reports within one day after execution
• Maintain and update performance testing databases and report tire behavior issues
• Contribute to the development of testing procedures and quality systems

Requirements

• Strong experience and understanding of performance testing in vehicles or virtual environments
• Fluency in English and German
• Availability for traveling up to 50% of working time
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for documenting and reporting results
