What you will do

• Research and develop innovative packaging solutions to enable next-generation electronic modules.
• Address critical challenges in miniaturization, embedding, and the design of electronic systems.
• Optimize thermal management and ensure the reliability of electronic packaging.
• Implement heterogenous system integration techniques.
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams and the Faculty of EEMCS.
• Produce scientific articles and a final doctoral thesis.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong background in data analytics, electronics, thermal analysis, or material characterization.
• English proficiency required for academic communication, coursework, and thesis writing.
• Ability to work independently and within interdisciplinary research environments.

• Knowledge of packaging processes and technology.
