What you will do

• Participate in a 5-month intensive training program at the German University of Technology in Oman (GuTech).
• Gain specialized knowledge in renewable energy, specifically solar power and green hydrogen.
• Complete a 1-month on-the-job training placement at Oman Cables.
• Engage in sustainability training sessions to enhance long-term career potential.
• Develop professional skills within a global manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Omani Female National status is mandatory.
• Age between 24 and 30 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Must be a job seeker registered with the Ministry of Labour.
• Must not have been previously trained at the expense of the Government.
• Must provide all mandatory documents including CV, degree certificate, National ID, and Ministry of Labour registration card.
