What you will do

• Develop long-term growth strategies for the EMEA region and translate them into monthly and quarterly sales activities.
• Drive customer and prospect engagement for collaboration, email, cloud, and information protection solutions.
• Generate demand, build pipeline, acquire new enterprise customers, and support customer satisfaction goals.
• Coordinate internal teams, channel partners, and distribution resources to execute the regional strategy.
• Prepare accurate financial forecasts and manage CRM discipline against short- and long-term growth targets.
• Represent the Advanced Technologies and Information Protection business units across the region.

Requirements

• Successful track record of growing the French or Italian enterprise market with technology and security solutions.
• Experience developing financial plans, addressable market plans, forecasts, and CRM processes.
• Experience with demand generation, customer meetings, presentations, and regional revenue growth.
• Ability to drive scalable growth through indirect and channel sales motions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer engagement, internal alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented approach with strong strategic thinking and accountability.
