What you will do

• Design and evolve client-side gameplay features and UI components using Unity.
• Translate product hypotheses into testable implementations to drive rapid experimentation.
• Integrate frontend logic with backend services and experimentation platforms.
• Optimize game performance for responsiveness and low-latency across diverse mobile devices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, feature flags, and live operations processes.
• Mentor developers and contribute to architectural decisions to improve engineering standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Unity.
• 3+ years of experience building and releasing mobile games.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Deep understanding of multi-threaded systems, Unity Job System, and Burst Compiler.
• Experience working in fast-paced, experimental, Agile environments.
• Must be based in Izmir, Turkey.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Data-Oriented Programming and ECS architectures.
• Experience in shader programming using Shader Graph and HLSL.
• Experience operating live mobile games at scale.
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and feature flagging.
