What you will do

• Develop and improve rider mobile apps across platforms, focusing on booking, account management, and the core rider journey.
• Work primarily in Flutter for cross-platform development while contributing to native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) codebases.
• Architect and evolve mobile infrastructure services, making decisions on architecture patterns, performance optimization, and memory management.
• Diagnose and resolve critical production issues in live environments to minimize disruption for riders.
• Mentor and guide team engineers through thoughtful code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter is a strong advantage).
• Solid native development experience in Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift).
• Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and concurrent programming (Coroutines, async-await).
• Experience with Location Services, Google Maps API, and third-party tools like Mapbox.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for compensation and benefits.
