What you will do

• Supervise and motivate production teams to achieve operational goals and maintain discipline.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure performance achievement in minutes and PPM objectives.
• Collaborate with the Quality Department to ensure flawless output and audit readiness.
• Track production data and prepare reports, dashboards, and statistics for management.
• Contribute to cost reduction and support the monitoring of annual production budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Solid computer skills including Excel, reporting tools, and ERP systems.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 standards.
• Experience with FMEA and PLP methodologies.
