What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the JobHunt Engine and AI/ML product features.
• Translate business problems into ML hypotheses and collaborate with engineers on RAG, agents, and evaluation frameworks.
• Design and execute rapid validation cycles using A/B tests and shadow models to make data-driven decisions.
• Decompose complex, ambiguous problems into simple and effective technical solutions.
• Align stakeholders and communicate complex ML concepts across Engineering and Data Science teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of ML/LLM fundamentals, NLP, and recommendation systems.
• Proven experience building and scaling AI-powered matching, ranking, and personalization features.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or ML Engineer.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in data-intensive or ML domains.
• Fluent English and Russian required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a "build and test" approach to rapid prototyping.
